Kristin recaps the whirlwind that was the Ohio State Fair, from sheep and ducks to all the craziness in between. And somehow, Sheep Detective becomes a real-life game. Because with this crew, of course it does.
 
Then it’s back-to-school time! Olivia and Jack are heading into their senior years, and Danna is having ALL the feelings about Olivia’s last first day. She’s also pretty convinced Kristin is going to be an absolute disaster when Campbell leaves for college. 
 
And just when you think we’ve covered enough…we wrap things up with Campbell, a golf cart, and a stranger scare that you’re definitely going to want to hear.

Danna shares all about her latest golf adventures, and let’s just say there is a very interesting story involved that you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re a golfer or not, this one is worth a listen.

This week Danna and Kristin chat about sleep-away camp. Danna’s kids have never attended, while Kristin’s four kids have spent years heading off to camp each summer. They discuss why camp becomes such an important part of growing up and the memories that last a lifetime.
Kristin is also learning how to live on the road, including navigating hotel laundry rooms. This sparks a discussion about public laundry etiquette and whether it’s ever acceptable to move someone else’s clothes.
Dinner with Farm Bureau friends where somehow the conversation turned to Bill’s side dishes. Bill has opinions when it comes to food, especially side dishes, he needs options and let’s just say the topic generated plenty of laughs.
The conversation then shifts to Napa. While most people visit wine country for wine tasting, Bill and Kristin apparently go for Costco.
And finally, Kristin shares a motel experience that felt like it belonged in a television crime drama. You know the kind of motel where you expect the police to be knocking on doors looking for suspects? That was the vibe and it made for a memorable stop on the trip.
